Refund Policy

At Bevelgi, we do not have a Refund Policy. However, we do offer exchanges for size and defective pieces within 5 days of the original purchase. Here are the details of our exchange policy:

Eligibility for exchange: Items are only eligible for exchange if they are in their original condition with all tags and labels attached, and have not been washed, worn, altered, or damaged.
Exchange process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the item. Our team will assist you in the process and provide you with an exchange authorization code. Once you have the authorization code, you can send the item back to us, and we will process the exchange.
Availability of size: Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit.
Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us for exchange. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of the item.
Quality Check: Article once received at our warehouse would go under Quality Check for eligibility of exchange. If approved/ rejected, you will be notified by email.
Exchange time frame: Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 3-5 business days. The exchanged item will be shipped back to you via our standard shipping method.
